We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To maintain our standard of luxury, items must remain impeccably unworn, in their pristine original condition, and accompanied by the authentic presentation box and documentation.

Exchange for Damages or Discrepancies

Should an item arrive with a defect or differ from your selection, an immediate exchange will be arranged. Kindly notify our concierge within 48 hours of receipt to initiate this priority service.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Please correspond with our team at [email protected] or via our dedicated WhatsApp channel. Provide your purchase reference, and a return specialist will guide you through our secure courier pickup process.

Refunds & Processing

Upon receipt and rigorous quality inspection of the returned piece, refunds are seamlessly processed within 3–5 business days. The credited amount will reflect via your original premium payment gateway.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with strict hygiene protocols, pierced earrings and intimate adornments cannot be returned unless verified as defective upon arrival. Customized bespoke orders are also strictly final sale.

Right to Refuse Returns

SSS Jewels reserves the absolute right to decline returns that exhibit any signs of wear, alteration, or deviation from the stipulated return criteria.
